Liz has built her career around understanding how people behave, communicate and make decisions in complex, high‑pressure environments. With her company Behaviour in Mind, she focuses on the care and safety domain where political sensitivity and complex case‑based decision‑making are essential skills. In this domain, stress, uncertainty, emotion and high‑stakes communication are part of daily practice. She helps professionals recognise what sits beneath the surface, interpret behaviour with practical, science‑based insight and respond with steadiness, strengthening their confidence and judgement.

Liz holds an MSc in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis, and alongside her role as a trainer with Behaviour in Mind, she works as a process-coordinator for complex multi‑agency cases in said domain, keeping her closely connected to evolving legislation, political shifts and real‑world challenges. This ensures her training remains grounded and relevant.

Her approach centres on developing insight, turning it into deliberate impact, and ultimately enabling professionals to communicate with a better understanding of their influence and authenticity. In turn, this helps navigate complexity and contribute to safer, more resilient systems and credible decision-making.
She provides tailored programmes for organisations, teams and individuals, as well as full SCAnS courses in English and Dutch, always attuned to the realities of high‑stakes work and the human stories within it.
