Adina Caparnagiu

Adina’s passion for understanding the intricacies of the human brain, the impact of emotions on behaviour, and the detection of behavioural changes has driven her pursuit of knowledge for nearly two decades. Originally from Romania, Adina embarked on a remarkable academic journey. She holds a BSc in Biomedical Science, providing a strong foundation in biological processes.  Her thirst for deeper understanding led her to pursue four MSc degrees, specialising in Cognitive Neuroscience and Human Neuroimaging, Psychology, Forensic Psychology, and Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis (CBCA).

Beyond academia, Adina has demonstrated her practical skills in the business world, successfully managing finance and HR for her and her partners companies. Currently, she serves as an Investigations Officer within the U.K. Police Force. Further enhancing her expertise, Adina is a certified SCAnR trainer – one of a select few worldwide qualified to deliver this specialised training in deception detection and behavioural analysis. This prestigious certification was obtained through the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA) in partnership with MMU, under the guidance of Prof Cliff Lansley and his expert team.
