Your ticket includes access to all keynotes, track sessions, and workshops, all-day refreshments (coffee, tea, water, pastries), hot lunch on Tuesday (arrival day) and Wednesday (full day), the Wednesday evening social with live music and pizza, conference materials and delegate badge, and post-conference community access. VIP tickets additionally include the Tuesday evening Gala Dinner, Fireside Chat, Pub Quiz, recorded session access, and priority seating.

To protect the 100% face-to-face experience and the privacy of case discussions, sessions will not be live-streamed. VIP ticket holders will receive access to recorded sessions after the conference for post-event review. Standard ticket holders can upgrade to VIP at any time before the event.

Our caterer provides plentiful vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and allergen-aware options. Please let us know your requirements when you register and we'll ensure everything is taken care of.

Yes. Manchester Hall meets UK accessibility standards with step-free access, lifts to all floors, accessible washrooms, and hearing loop provision. If you have specific access needs, please contact us in advance so we can ensure your comfort.

If you're travelling internationally, Manchester Airport (MAN) is your closest option — about 20 minutes by train or 25 minutes by car. You can also fly into Liverpool John Lennon Airport (50 minutes by train to Manchester). For UK rail travel, Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria are both within 15 minutes' walk of the venue.

Smart casual. Rooms will be climate-controlled, but we suggest wearing layers for added comfort. The VIP Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening is smart casual — no formal dress required.

Day 1 (Tuesday): Registration and lunch from 12:00, sessions 12:40-18:00, VIP evening from 18:30. Day 2 (Wednesday): 09:00-17:30, evening social from 18:00. Day 3 (Thursday): 09:00-13:00.

Yes. On days with parallel workshops, you choose your track on the day. All keynotes and panels take place in the Main Hall and are attended by all delegates.
