Your e-Factor score, ranging from 0 to 200, is calculated using data from three key assessment elements:

  • 70% from the KUSA Test: An objective evaluation of how you apply EQ in situational judgment scenarios.
  • 20% from 360° Feedback: Insights from peers, team members, and supervisors.
  • 10% from Self-Assessment: Your own perception of your emotional intelligence.
    This triangulated approach ensures accurate, unbiased, and actionable results.

The 360° feedback element gathers insights from 3 to 5 colleagues, direct reports, and supervisors to provide a balanced view of how others perceive your emotional intelligence. Participants receive clear instructions on how to complete the feedback, ensuring a seamless and insightful process. If time is limited, this component can be made optional while still delivering valuable insights from the self-assessment and KUSA test.

The self-assessment and KUSA test are available immediately and will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The optional 360° feedback will take your participants 15 minutes to complete with results available instantly.
