Paul, originally from Dublin, Ireland, now based in Swansea. With a 21 year career in the Irish Defence Forces, Paul has operational experience, having served in peacekeeping missions in Lebanon and Kosovo. During his time in the Defence Forces, Paul also worked as an electrician and later successfully operated his own electrical businesses in both Ireland and Swansea. Paul holds a solid academic foundation in psychology and psychoanalysis from Dublin Business School. After working as a freelance corporate trainer in Sofia, Bulgaria, and teaching English in Swansea, Paul decided to further enhance his expertise by pursuing a two year MSc in Communication, Behaviour, and Credibility Analysis with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) in association with the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA), beginning in late 2023 and expecting to graduate in July 2026. Paul is also a certified SCAnR trainer—one of only a handful worldwide qualified to deliver this specialised training in deception detection and behavioural analysis. This certification was delivered by the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA) in partnership with MMU, under the watchful eye of Prof Cliff Lansley and his expert team.
