Tickets and payment
How much are tickets?
The conference is £995 + VAT (£1,194 inc VAT). Conference plus the VIP Masterclass is £1,590 + VAT (£1,908 inc VAT).
What does a ticket include?
Both days, every keynote and workshop, lunch and refreshments, the optional social evenings in Manchester city centre, and every keynote on film afterwards.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Checkout takes card payments only, so to pay by invoice or purchase order use the team booking form on the tickets page or email [email protected]. A VAT invoice is available on request.
I came before. Is there a discount?
Yes. Past delegates have been emailed an alumni code. Enter it at checkout.
Refunds
What is the refund policy?
Full refund on conference and VIP tickets, no questions asked, until 1 May 2027. After that you can transfer your place to a colleague at any time.
Does the refund cover the VIP day?
Yes. Until 1 May 2027 the full refund covers the VIP Masterclass day as well as the conference.
Groups and invoicing
Do you offer team or group tickets?
Yes, for three or more tickets: 15% off the conference ticket, seats together, one invoice and a private team debrief after the event.
Can I change the names on a team booking?
Yes, any time before the event.
The programme
What is EI2027?
The Emotional Intelligence Conference: two days of keynotes, workshops and socials for leaders, people professionals and behavioural practitioners. It is the third edition.
Why is it called a festival?
Because you build your own two days. Keynotes run on the Main Stage, workshops run side by side so you choose, and there is an optional social evening in the city centre on both nights.
Is there anything about AI?
Yes. It runs through all three strands: which work AI changes, which human skills matter more because of it, and how to build them in a team.
Recordings
Will sessions be recorded?
Every Main Stage keynote is filmed and sent to delegates. Workshops are not recorded. The VIP day recording goes only to the 40 in the room.
Venue and travel
When and where is EI2027?
Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 October 2027, 10:00 to 18:00 each day, at The Midland Hotel, Peter Street, Manchester M60 2DS. The VIP Masterclass is Thursday 28 October at the same venue.
How do I get there by train?
The Midland is a 15 minute walk from either Piccadilly or Victoria train station.

Accessibility and dietary needs
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The Midland has step-free access from Peter Street, lifts to all event floors and accessible toilets. Email us with any specific requirements.
Are dietary requirements catered for?

VIP Masterclass
What is the VIP Masterclass?
A third day on Thursday 28 October with the keynote speakers, limited to 40 people: workshops, open Q&A, lunch and a recording for those in the room.
Can I book the VIP day on its own?
No. It is only available with a conference ticket.
