Is this you?

Who is it for?

Four kinds of people fill the room. Most delegates tick more than one box.

Leaders and executives

You lead a team

and want it to perform under pressure without burning out.

HR and L&D professionals

You run HR, L&D or people

and need human skills that show up in behaviour, not only on a slide.

Coaches and consultants

You coach, consult or train

and want the latest research and a room full of peers.

Behavioural practitioners

You work in behaviour analysis or security

and want the science from the people who publish it.

What you take home

Four skills that change how you lead. Sharpened in two days.

Not notes. Skills you practise in the room with the people who wrote the research, and take straight back to your team.

Every keynote on film 200 peers across sectors Your own e-Factor profile
  1. 01

Read a room before it turns.

Spot what people feel before they say it, judge who is being straight with you, and act on it while it still matters.

  2. 02

Have the conversation you have been avoiding.

Give hard feedback, say no, challenge a decision, and keep the trust intact. Practised live, not role-played from a slide.

  3. 03

Stay steady when the pressure is on you.

Know your own triggers, recover faster, and lead calmly when the room is not calm. Measured with your e-Factor profile.

  4. 04

Decide where your people fit alongside AI.

Leave with a defensible map of which work AI takes, which human skills matter more because of it, and what to build first in your team.

The Workshop Rooms

Small rooms and real practice. Read a face. Test a statement for credibility. Map your own EI profile. Pick the sessions that fit your job.

Delegates talking between sessions at EI2026Tue + Wed nights

The Nights

An optional social evening in Manchester city centre on both nights. Carry on the conversations from the day, and ask anyone who came last year about the socials.

Kerry Daynes, Cliff Lansley and Dawn Archer on stageFringe

The Fringe

A live podcast recording, book signings, the e-Factor lab. The things at the edges you did not plan for and end up talking about.

Why now

AI is taking the tasks. What is left is the hard part.

The work that stays with people is the work that was always hardest: earning trust, reading a room, having the honest conversation, staying steady under pressure.

These are skills. They can be measured, taught and practised, and most organisations have never done any of the three.

EI2027 is two days of doing exactly that, alongside the researchers who study these skills and the leaders who have built them into real teams.
