The application of communication behaviour and credibility analysis especially in the field of Linguistics is wide.
Linguistics is a very broad field of study and surely, not a one cap fits all.
The data collected for this project was from a plethora of readings from internet searches, to books and Journals as well as listening to radio and television programmes.
The findings have been a somewhat mixed bag due to the complexity of linguistics as a study of language and the challenges faced with a learning difficulty.
However, linguistics as a framework for detecting deception is a great addition to the field of deception detection along with other methods which are also used for example body language.
